Proposing an action
From a thread, the agent prepares an action — a Slack message, an e-mail draft. Nothing goes out without a human decision: what is signed is exactly what will run.
A Slack message
- Slack connected in Knowledge › Sources, and the Ailu app invited to the channel.
- The agent writes the message from the thread; you read it, then you propose it.
- Another member — an approver or an owner — signs it in Approvals; it goes out as it is, once. A change is a refusal with its reason, then a new proposal.
An e-mail draft
- You connect your own mailbox: nobody else sees or uses that connection, not even an owner.
- The agent writes the subject and the text; you choose the recipients.
- You alone confirm: the draft lands in your mailbox, and you send it — Ailu never does.
Who may propose
An approver or an owner. An organisation where actions are not open yet says so, and nothing can be prepared.
